ABOUT US

The Baltimore Community Museum houses a large collection of local historical artifacts, documents and photographs. The museum strives to expand the visitor’s knowledge about the unique history of the village of Baltimore and surrounding areas by presenting vibrant and interactive exhibits that transport the visitor back to a specific point in history. We hope that through our exhibits, each visitor will come to understand how the past shapes the present, and will be inspired to further explore their own unique connections to the past.

The museum contains recreations of a grocery store, living room and parlor, and a doctor's office, as well as displays of antique tools and farming equipment, local school memorabilia, an airplane, a military collection, artifacts from local businesses, a photo collection, and much more.

The museum operates under the guidance of a dedicated museum board and a director.
